1242ag lightweight upgrade problem

hello!

i'm having trouble upgrading with a new image. the image itself should be OK, downloaded it from cisco site. i copied it to the APs flash, but when i try to extract it i get this message

the hw is AIR-AP1242AG-E-K9, currently running c1240-k9w7-mx.124-3g.JA.

any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

Its Like, speaking English with the guy who just know french!! the AP is 1242 and the image is for 1200 series..

Please donwload the image from the below link (1242 AP image) and do the same process again and this will help you!!

well, i forgot to mention that i'm trying to convert it to LAP, and the image i'm trying to use is the only choice on the cisco site
