1262 autonomous Web Pass isses

I configured my AP1262 to show a splash screen for the guest uses and it does come up.  But then it tries to go to https://13.107.4.52/ and I have no idea why and there is NO part of the config that has that IP address.  The user never gets access to the network. 

The MAC address is that of my laptop.  I have no idea where all these IP address in the action= section. 

I have an SSL that was configured on a 3925 router and I exported it and then imported it onto the AP.  It should work but I really do not know much about SSL stuff. The config is attached.

My laptop just keeps looping through that acceptance page while my cell phone can get onto the guest network if from the SIGN IN page I click the three dots and then select the Keep Connected menu option.  WEIRD

The client tries to check if it has access to the internet (by accessing those Microsoft cloud IPs) and if not, trying to see if there is a captive portal.

I've never setup a captive portal on an AP itself so I can't really help you there.

One detail, you also posted the passwords for your AP, I suggest to change them now, because they are now public knowledge. For the next time, remove them before posting a configuration. Same for the radius key.

The passwords have some of the data missing so the are protected. Also, those AP's are still in a lab environment. But, thank you for your concern.
