1815w-B-K9 ME still cant see 3600,it show log.Country code is US.

Is 8.5.182.0 the final version that I can be upgraded?. Correct. 3600 is end of support and last supported in 8.5
if i upgrade the 1815w to 8.10.xx, will it control the 3600 and 3700? No - 3600 is not supported by 8.10 code.

Could it be the country code is the cause? because my 1815 is -B code and 3600 3700 is -H code.1815w is US code.
Yes. And note that using APs from the wrong Regulatory Domain is ILLEGAL in most countries.

I have looked at this document, it turns out that 8.5.182.0 is the last version to have the appearance of 3600,3700.

Is 8.5.182.0 the final version that I can be upgraded?.

- It could very likely be the cause , at least then the country code from the AP must be added on the controller supported country codes ,
