2 Buildings, 2 controllers-How to keep seperate??

I have 2 buildings with a different subnet each. I have to 4400's each with a different name but one keeps taking the other's AP's. I suspect it is because when the AP fires up it looks for that address in dns and because I have 2 buildings it has the same name but 2 different addresses.

Any way to force each one to be correct?

You can manually set each AP's primary controller and secondary controller, for example, you can configure building A's AP to use WLC1 as primary controller, use WLC2 as secondary controller; configure building B's AP to use WLC2 as primary controller, use WLC1 as secondary controller, go to Wireless-->Access Points-->ALL APs-->click the AP-->detail-->High Availability to configure, refer following link for detaile:
