Hi,
i've configured 4 APs 2802i with mobility express option, so i have one AP that has controller functionality and the other three APs joined to it.
We are experiencing slow connection with 5ghz radio and if i go in the "Network Summary" section, under Access Points tab i see that the APs are using only one 5ghz channel.
Is there a way to configure multiple channels on the APs for connection speed up?
I attach the channel summary.
Best regards,
Alessandro

You would need to change the channel width to 40mhz or higher, 40mhz is recommended. You should find this under the RRM section where you can define the channels used. You also should make sure that users are getting a good connection and also with increasing to 40mhz, SSID's must be either open or using WPA2/AES in order to connect using 802.11n/ac/.

If the air is fairly free from other wireless (not many neighbors), then you can also use 80 MHz channels. 160 MHz is a bit harder to reliably run, I advise against it.
