When a call is incoming to the 7920, the ring and the caller voice is to low, the volume in the ip phone menu is at max, does this problem has to be with the AP or I should check the CCM??

We have the same issue. I think it's a phone firmware issue, but have not tested the latest firmware to see if it's fixed.
Have you found a resolution ?

I found some files what may be the solution to the problem, but I have not yet execute it cause some physical problem with the IP Phone. Is files with loud ring tones for 7920.

Yes can use one of the Loud Ring Tones at the mentioned URL, but also need to use the Outdoors profile. This will give maximum allowed playout per compliance as the same speaker is used for ringer and earpiece.
