Hello,
I recently installed a 5508 controller with 3602i APs...I appears that my a/n radios are present, but are showing down. I checked the network settings under "Wireless" / "802.11a/n/ac" /Network and they appear to be enabled. How would I enable these?
Thank you,
Scott

if you are in US then you can not use this AP, because this AP have diff. regulatery domain.
check this : wireless Compliance status.
You must change your AP with new one.Talk with ur supplier and change the AP with correct regulatery domain.
this will be the new one:

So AP being in Poland should be ok with AP model (ETSI reg. domain).
Any thoughts?

Hi Florin,
Can you please create a new post and paste your info there.
like:
sh sysinfo from wlc
sh version from AP.
One more thing: you have configured Multiple Countries:BE,PL,RO
Running multiple country codes in a single WLC is not a idea.Only common channels will be allowed.Power will also be curtailed to the most common one.
One thing to remember when running multiple country codes is that you always run the lowest common setting. You can improve things by splitting the APs up by country and only run specific countries on certain controllers. The best thing is to get another WLC and group them by using the same regulatory domain.

I would try to disable it and then enable it and see if that changes it. Maybe the AP's country code doesn't match what you have on the WLC.
Thanks,
Scott

I tried this with no luck...country code seems to be fine, matching US on both AP and Controller.
