802.11r FT with 802.1x

We are trying to test a new feature in Cisco's new controller code 8.0.110.0.

Per Cisco's documentation, the feature can be enabled so that one WLAN (SSID) allows both FT clients and 802.1x (non-FT) clients.

We have tested multiple clients with this feature and none of them can even associate to the WLAN.  My first question relates to the specific configuration (see attached, but disregard the PSK checkbox).  If we want to allow all 802.1x clients on the WLAN regardless of their FT capabilities, please specify all the checkboxes that should be enabled.?

Hi

Settings should be like this for 802.1X and PSK SSID.

When you enable 802.11r depending on the client it may able to join the SSID (even client does not support 802.11r FT) here is the list when 8.0 code released in 6 months back.

We are having trouble getting Laptops and PC Wireless clients to connect with those settings.  I read through the discussion you sent...:

...the key statement seems to be:

"You need to remember that 802.11r is not supported by all clients (mainly supported by Apple iOS clients only). "

That entire discussion forum is educational though, so thanks for sending it.
