9800 - Unable to connect service only on certain APs

I need help with the attached logs collected from WLC and filtered by the client's MAC address.

We received an issue reported by users that they cannot connect to the SSID only on certain APs.

Looks like they failed to sync and update the MAC address table to the standby WLC, as the standby wlc had a power disruption yesterday.
