9800WLC-in HA red alarm active node

Hi team,

i have 9800wlc and configure in SSO mode HA configure but in active node red light showing

how to resolve this issue

try below command to guide you what is wrong :

#show facility-alarms status

if you the ports are not connected, if you shutdown you should see green status.

Note : as per the picture you do not have anything connected other than multi-gig ports ?

has this formed HA/SSO ?

show redundancy summay give you more information
