case 2 -- When the WLC gets a DEAUTH frame it deletes the clients record. When / If the client sends a dissasss frame client record still is active in the WLC and idle timer applys.
session timer is set by WLAN. when a client connects to the wlan a timer starts. when the timer his 0 the wlc sends a deauth frame to the client cuasing it to reauth again
