Hi,
We have a couple of 2602e access points on which the led status is cycling through blue, green, red and off. In the data sheet it states that this message mean: Access point location command invoked. But i am not really sure what is means exactly and how to fix this issue.
Does anyone has an idea about this?

Hi,
Is this a Lightweight or stand alone AP, the location command invoked so that the physical location of the AP can be identified.

Hi,
These are lightweight access point connected to a cisco 3650 switch/controller. What can i do to fix this and get the AP's back online?

Access point location command invoked : That text in the guide means that you went into the command line of the AP and issued the command to cycle the LEDs as a method to find the AP if your were walking around head to the top to find a particular AP.
To make a specific access point to flash its LEDs for a specified number of seconds, enter this command:
debug ap command "led flash seconds" your_access_point_name
You can enter a value between 1 and 3600 seconds for the seconds parameter.
To disable LED flashing for a specific access point, enter this command:
debug ap command "led flash disable" your_access_point_name
You can disable debug mode once you’ve located you AP by using this command or simply close your ssh session
debug ap disable your_access_point_name
