Access to AP firmware download

We just purchased several Cisco 1600 APs. Is there a way to get access to Software downloads section? Software that I'm looking is "

ap1g2-k9w7-tar.152-2.JB.tar".

So if we just bought AP from web-shop and don't have TAC, we can not download firmware from Cisco?
