AIR-AP1252AG-A-K9 won't Load

I have three of these AP that quit associating with the controller after a power loss. I have dismounted one of them and it has an Amber light on ethernet LED and Green Light on radio LED and off on status.

It does not respond to reset and nothing happen when i console into it. What might have happened to this AP? It's barely two years. I have tried different power injectors and direct power and still behaves the same way. I will appreciate feedback.

Try detaching the radio modules and try again.

Detaching the radio modules and even interchanging them doesn't resolve
