Hi,
The settings in the Hyper Terminal/or Others need to be set correctly; otherwise, "strange-looking" or garbage characters may show up on the screen(As your output in attached file). When you set up the connection, use these settings and try again:
Bits per sec : 9600
Data bits : 8
Parity : none
Stop bits : 1
Flow control : none

try to change the baud rate ex: 2400, 4800...., 115200 and check again.

stiil same but another new ap2802i-e-k9, all is ok

Either somebody changed the BAUD rate of it, or it's broken.

If the same settings work for another AP and only not this one, I would return it, marked as "dead on arrival". You maybe need to do an RMA process, check with your reseller.
