AIR-CAP2702I-H-K9 issue with WLC software version 8.0.100.0

Hi,

I got a situation for new wireless AP AIR-CAP2702I-X-K9.

I configured primary/secondary controller for the AP.

However, the AP doesn't join the primary controller and only able to join secondary controller.

Itself keep on try to join the primary controller, but not successful and join back secondary controller.

Primary and Secondary controller are using same software version. 8.0.100.0.

Same wireless controller model: AIR-CT5508-K9

I only have issue with 2702 AP. Do anyone encounter before and any fix?

Is the Name of the primary controller correct in the AP config. I have had problems even though the IP address of the controller is correct if the name does not match then it will not connect.

Hi Richard,

Confirmed name and IP address are correct.

Even I go to monitor, Statistic, AP Join to search the AP, but I don't see any record.
