Hi support,
Has anybody deployed 3702e outdoors?
I'm looking for Cisco dual-band antennas (omni and patch) but I don't find the best models as for patch one I need to pin point downwards but this way the coax cable is exposed to rain.
Regards

Seal the connectors with weatherproof tape.

The 3702e is not outdoor approved by the regulatory commission. You should look at the 3702p or the IW3702. So that being said, if you still use a 3702e, just follow what design zdesignstudio has mentioned and make sure you have a drip loop on the antenna cables. Outdoor AP's also has a drip hole to release moisture so the antenna orientation is important. The seal we typically use is coax seal on all connectors. You might also require lightning arrester(s).
