Alright, then just reset them to factory config and they will have the default password "Cisco"
Hope this helps,

Al,
That didn't work. Any idea what it takes to reset it to the factory defaults?

It should be Cisco.
Are you sure it is a factory AP ?

our customer bought a few months ago a couple of these. Not sure if they configured previously or not but today they want to give them a try.
Not sure if I answered your question of "factory AP"...

I had converted an LWAPP to an autonomous AP. I was then able to telnet into the AP. I thought the username and password would stay the same, but it resets to the default. I was glad to come across this info. The telnet username and password was Cisco after the conversion. Thanks!
