Hi All
Any ideas why the 9120X is not connecto the AP before requesting an RMA? Perhaps its a simple fix I that I am not aware of. Following is the log after tried the >20 sec factory reset which didn't resolve the problem.so tried doing a >30Sec full factory reset (FIS erase).

What firmware is the WLC on?
Look at the serial number "plate". At the bottom of this plate is the Date of Manufacture. Was the AP manufactured after September 2022? If it is, then read FN-72424 - Later Versions of Some Wi-Fi 6 Access Points Fail to Join the WLAN Controller.
