AP-1142N Dot11Radio 0 shuts off without warning

I've got an AP-1142N in autonomous mode running on our network and all seems fine, except that once every 2-3 days, the dot11radio0 shuts off, and won't come back on until I reload the unit.  The log shows the following:

Feb 16 13:39:23.679: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to reset

Feb 16 13:39:24.679: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to down

Feb 16 13:39:26.730: %DOT11-6-ROAMED: Station 0026.82af.6f6f Roamed to 0013.5ffa.ccc0

Feb 16 13:39:26.731: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station 0026.82af.6f6f

Feb 16 13:39:27.131: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station 0021.5c53.e717 Reason: Sending station has left the BSS

Feb 16 13:39:32.400: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station d8a2.5e32.8b33 Reason: Sending station has left the BSS

Feb 16 13:39:33.457: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station 58b0.357b.4c9d Reason: Sending station has left the BSS

Feb 16 13:48:01.940: %DOT11-6-ROAMED: Station 0026.08e8.7aa6 Roamed to 0013.5ffa.6350

Feb 16 13:48:01.940: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station 0026.08e8.7aa6

Feb 16 14:17:38.136: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio1, Deauthenticating Station 0022.fae7.f6ca Reason: Sending station has left the BSS

Feb 16 15:45:15.310: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station 001f.5bb7.75c9

I can shutdown / no shutdown the radio, but the line protocol never comes up:

Dot11Radio0 is up, line protocol is down

I have to reload the unit to bring the radio back up.

It is currently running from a 48v/0.38A AC adapter, and I have another, identical unit, running from an identical power source in my office and it's working fine.  I have tried swapping the power adapter on the troublesome unit, and the same occurs.  I am going to try swapping the unit itself this afternoon, but I would appreciate any input the comunity might have.

When you reboot the AP, can you console into it and post the complete power-on process?

Also post the "sh log", "sh version", "dir" and finally "sh controller dot110".

Thanks.
