We acquired 4 outdoor access point, but when trying to configure them it could not be done since researching comes in mesh mode and we do not have a controller, which I can do to configure them in local autonomous mode Greetings.

Hi,
If you do not have WLC then your AP should be autonomous, since this model does not support Mobility Express.
Basically you need to have console access to the Access Points and the IOS to convert.
Sadly, you are not going to find the IOS here, you need to refer to Cisco directly or some representative.

If you don't have a controller, either get one or get an AP that can support Mobility Express.
Configuring the 1562 for MESH, without a controller, is not easy.

Actually Leo it looks like that AP can support Mobility Express :)

fsolis001 Cisco doesn't support 'autonomous' on newer APs. Mobility Express provides similar functionality.

Cisco 1562i doesn't have Autonomous code. It supports Lightweight & Mobility Express. However, Mesh is not supported with Mobility Express. Its supported only on WLC with code 8.4 for 1560 series outdoor APs.

You will need a WLC running 8.4 or above as ME does not support mesh mode at this time or you can replace 1560 with 1570 APs as they support autonomous mode and can be configured as bridge from CLI without the need of WLC.
