AP 1600 with Windows Server 2012 r2 authentication with mac address

I would like to centralize authentication through a windows server 2012 r2 and through the mac address control, is possible ?

use you can , 

install windows NPS on your server :

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc725658(v=ws.10).aspx

and configure mac filtering on the wLAN , 

add NPS as radius server on the WLC , and map it as authentication server on the WLAN .
