AP 1832I failed join after initial update - WLC VMware 8.5.140

Hello

I run on WLC under VMware running 8.5.140

I can't go higher, I have 1600 APs on it

I have several 1602I and 1832I already registered

I receive 5 new 1832I that was under 8.3.143.0 

They join the contoler and perform an update to 8.5.140 (I can see with LLDP that it is good)

But after that, they don't join anymore the controler

No log message and nothing to understand why

In the AP join statistic I have request and reply for the discovery phase but nothing on the join phase

Any idea?

 - Have a 'field test' with a failing /not joing AP -> meaning attach a console cable and connect a console-device -> follow the boot process completely -> check for any usefull info.

Problem solved

We add a new HyperV controler to be able to migrate from VMware to HyperV

The new Aps just attached to the new one ... after updating to the latest version
