hello, is there a way in the WLC or in the AP to not let the AP goes into Slepp Mode?

I had a blue light on the AP, and no one could connect, what blule light means?

Thanx for answering those 2 questions.

B.

APs don't go to "sleep".  Wireless clients can go to "sleep".

what blule light means?

Depends on the model of the AP.  The most common indication for LED to go blue is when someone is associated to the AP.

hello,

there is some time where users cannot not connect to the AP for some reason.

We need to reboot the AP.

This is why i say there is a Sleep/Standby mode and the AP can not awake from this mode until a reboot is  done.

does it happens to anyone else?

Strange...

What firmware is the WLC running on?  Post the complete output to the command "sh sysinfo".

i cannot telnet or ssh to it, but the version is AIR-LAP1042N-A-K9 os: 8.0.120.0
