AP not joining WLC after it did it before

Hello

I have an AP model: AIR-AP1852E-B-K9, it was joined last week to my WLC model AIR-CT2504-K9 but i don't know why since 2 days ago it went off, disappeared from the "All APs List" , now is registered as "Not joined" in the Statistics-AP Join tab with no AP name and Ethernet MAC 00.00.00.00.00.00.

As additional information, the WLC version is: 8.5.171.0

Hopefully somebody can give me a clue about fixing this situation

1. try powering off and on AP again

2. check the DHCP server for IP releases at AP boot time

3. check regulatory domain is match with AP and controller

4. check time and date

5. get console output form AP when restarting AP and look for any errors

The AP is an 1800 and I suspect it had a hardware failure.

It sounds like AP hardware failure but as 2504 might be more than 10 years old also read https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/639/fn63942.html carefully.
