Product Version.................................. 7.6.120.0
I must be getting old.
Ok, so the controller is running a very, very old 7.6.120.0

And the AP is a 3702I ... but a -UX.
Now, -UX APs were first supported with 8.0 controller firmware.
So, upgrade the controller to 8.0.X and see if it improve things.

If the controller is a 3650/3850, post the complete output to the command "sh ntp a".

take a look at from_ap txt, it's from today
AP_message is from July 8.
That's why I'm suspecting the time-and-date settings for the controller is off. Today's date is NOT 08 July. Today is 15 July 2017 (unless you're in a time warp).

after upgrading to 8.0.140.0 AP joined WLC. So -UX APs are not compatible with 7.6.120 ios????
1 of AP is still blinking green and red. but i guess i can manage that.
I have another AP that is not joining WLC. i reset the AP and it's keep rebooting.... error message below..

2700/3700 -UX APs are supported from 8.0.X (and later).
1 of AP is still blinking green and red. but i guess i can manage that.
After the AP has joined the controller, the "-UX" domain needs to be provisioned and this can only be done using Android/Apple app.
