Hello,
Today one of my AP suddently reboot and after the AP come up i can see the SSID which only running under 802.11a is not detected. Before the AP suddenly reboot the SSID is showing and can be accessed. Now only client 802.11b can connect to this AP, and i believe something happened on 802.11a radio. The strange thing is on WLC side the 802.11a radio showing up, tryimg disable enable the radio, change the frequency, change the tx power wirh no help.
The AP model is 3502 and the WLC is 2204. Need some help from anybody here can or there are any way to make sure if the 802.11a for that AP have malfunction or something else by issuing some command, debug or queri the logs?

- Reboot the AP (again) and just after boot connect to it and issue the command show logging ; look for errors related to radios or other , if any.

Can you share the complete AP boot log console output.
Also, from AP console
sh ip int brief
sh interfaces
Also, share AP and WLC code versions.

Dot11Radio1 is administratively down, line protocol is down
Check these:
1. Choose Wireless > 802.11a/n > Network
Make sure the 802.11a Network Status check box is enabled for the 802.11a band.
2. Wireless > Access Points > All APs then click on specific AP and make sure admin status is enable.
If this checked out, try WLC code upgrade to 8.5.182.11.
And you can also try factory reset the AP. To reset a 3502 AP, hold down the mode button for 30 seconds at power on.

Did you mean the WLC is 2504 not 2204?
Latest code version is 8.5.182.11 https://software.cisco.com/download/specialrelease/2702eede2b47a5c3bb40795bbe836af6 so worth updating to ensure you have all available bug fixes.
But 3502 AP and 2504 WLC are both past end of support so Cisco stopped testing them years ago and no more bugs will be fixed.
When you want to see the complete log remember to use "term len 0" first so that you don't get the more prompt after every page.
If an AP reload did not solve the problem you could try doing factory default on the AP then reconfigure.
If that doesn't help then might be a problem on WLC - try deleting then reconfiguring the WLAN.
If that still doesn't work you could try a reboot of the WLC which you will need to do anyway if you upgrade to 8.5.182.11
Are other SSIDs working on 5GHz? Your log shows the radio resetting continuously so might be a faulty radio.
