2 access points are stuck in downloading. They have the default 7.6.100.0 version from factory but we are still in wlc 7.3.112.0 version.
We are getting these errors. They are in a remote location. Can I use a special command to reset the device? Or should I press the mode button?

It look like either AP image from WLC was not able to downloaded correctly or was corrupted
Can you take console and see the dir command that correct image file is downloaded in AP flash or not?

Download AP image again from WLC :

I had to use the mode button after all. AP's weren't responding to anything except that.

Hello,
I have the same issue with APs in different locations, for me the WLC is in 8.0.140.16 version and APs are stuck in 7.4.121.0 verison.
Is that bug or something that we can fix without performing a reset factory!
Many thanks,
