Hello Guys,
I have converted ap 1131 from autonomous to lwapp successfully by using upgrade utility tool but the AP does not join the WLC 2106. I can see it as a neighbor on the switch with no IP address. please help me.

Well you need to troubleshoot that first... the AP requires a dhcp address before it will join a WLC.Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPad App

when the have static address previously how can we involve DHCP for ip address request.
from cisco doc "
The LAP issues a DHCP request to a DHCP server in order to get an IP address, unless an assignment was made previously with a static IP address.

When you converted the AP's you loose your static address from when it was autonomous.Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App

Ok so Scott how do i do that i never taken care about dhcp during or before conversion.
