AP1552E can not register to wlc 5508

I have wlc type 5508 with version 8.3.102.0 and I am setting into a multi-domain, AP I use AP1572 type and status can join, but other types of access points here we use the type ap1552E status as a switch only join when I've upgraded to ios versio C1520K9W8-153.JD, but the status in wlc can not register and keep the download process, I see in consule reveals no such ios, whereas matrix version of the 1552E has support, please help and what can I do

Hi,

As per your output:  Configured Country............................... Multiple Countries : CN,ID

1. Mesh AP dont support multiple country code.

2. You need to add the mac address(1C:DE:A7:DE:1F:E0) of the AP in WLC AP Policy or mac filtering list:

How to to do it: From Security > AAA > AP Policies, click Add.

means WLC type 5508 AP can not support some different types and bejalan simultaneously, if viewed from the primary controller bundle it supplementnya separate, for the addition of mac address I've already done, tapi tetap download image

Okay so you have uploaded the supplementary image to the controller and rebooted?  You should see the image then on the controller.

we not yet uploaded supplement, we stiil open TAC  to reqeuset supplementary. can you give me manual  how to  upload  supplement to wlc by CLI or GUI

we've done the upgrade supplement AIR-CT5500-LDPE-AP_BUNDLE-K9-8-3-102-0.aes. but no error "transfer failure: Upgrade from non LDPE to LDPE software is not allowed such Please download AIR-CT5500-K9-x-x-x-x.aes image instead." if there is missing or incorrect in the process of upgrading
