ap801 DotRadio dissapeared

Good day!

We've got cisco 881w with wireless ap801 and after updating ios on ap801 interface DotRadio has dissapeared.

Boot image ap801-k9w7-tar.124-21a.JY

Is there any opportunity to fix it?

When rebooting the ap, do you see any errors? Have you tried to downgrade back to the code you originally had?

I've tried several ios and nothing:( i've tried with comman archieve download-sw and i've trined from bootloader.

So do you see an error when you are seasoned into the ap while the ap is rebooting. Can you post that an any other info so we have a better idea.

From the session connection to the ap, issues a show hardware. That will show the interfaces that the ap knows of.

what does RMA means?

Here is a link regarding the Cisco limited lifetime warranty. You should be able to call Cisco and open a case to RMA the equipment.
