Autonomous AP - GUI Page Will Not Load

AP Model: Aironet 2702i in autonomous mode

Software: C2700 Software (AP3G2-K9W7-M), Version 15.3(3)JC

When I open a browser (tried IE 11, Firefox v46, and Chrome v50), I enter the APs IP address in the address bar.  I am then prompted for a username and password, but the page never loads afterward.  This is the first time I've ever messed with one of these as an autonomous AP and have not been able to find any documentation of this issue.  Additionally, I've uploaded the config file as it stands now.  All help would be greatly appreciated.

The community was no help.  :)  The solution is, you can't do it.  I had to go with an earlier model of AP (3502).  That works, but don't have AC support.  Looks like Aruba networks is the way to go here.
