autonomous AP limit speed for clients

I have several autonomous AP with multiple ssids ...
I wanted to apply QoS (limit download speed and upload) for a specific wlan...how can I do ??

basically I wanted to limit speed to 4Mbps for all equipment that were in that WLAN.

it's possible??
In WLC I know to do, but at ap's autonomous is my first time ...

I do not think you can do this on autonomous AP
