best practices on wlan configuration

I have 6 accesspoints with controller . We are using voice video and data on the wireless with multiple SSID and vlans what could be the best practice on the accesspoints QOS and the switch port configuration of 3750 is it trunk or accessport?

In addition to Scott's answers, your switch ports that connect to LAPs should be set as access ports

To add to Kevin's comment, if you're implementing HREAP/Flexconnect with AP and wireless clients are on different VLANs, then the switchport must be set to trunk. If the APs and clients are using the same VLAN, the access port is fine with HREAP/Flexconnect.

Well you can start out by looking at the 792x deployment guide if that's what your using for voice.

One other thing is to download the WLC config analyzer, you have to login using your CCO account and then put your show run-config and that tool will audit your configurations and provide best practice. How you setup your QoS on the switch varies. The APs should trust DSCP and the WLC should trust COS and you should have DSCP to COS mapping defined. Some also use DSCP on the WLC it depends on how you have QoS setup on the network side.
