What is "bug scrub" for IOS-XE 17.3.5a in C9800-L.

Bug scrub means, crawling through all bugs related to your current OS version in device. you can use cisco bug search tool to identify relevant bug details straightly. collect your OS details and start scrubbing. some small tools also available such as https://www.sprintnetworks.com.au/blog/free-cisco-bug-search-tool/. i didnt used them yet.

Although often referred to as a "bug scrub" Cisco now call these reviews "Code recommendation".

It's a professional service which you can buy from Cisco which reviews a code release assessing which bugs could impact your network depending on what features you're using.
