Cisco WLC 5520 8.5.160 and ISE 2.7.
Original the issues to setup Cisco BYOD EAP-TLS policy:
(1) iPhone couldn't redirect BYOD portal page.
(2) Error message "Your browser is currently unsupported".
Anyone had those type of issues before with iPhones and ISE BYOD.
I am not sure the issues are caused by WLC or ISE settings.
Thanks,

You have to turn off the connection popup window as it's a stripped down browser and can't do the scripts it's trying to run to detect the system.
On the SSID, under security/ Layer3 set Captive Network Assistant Bypass to enable.
(This is an odd setting as setting to enable disables the popup)
Downside is they have to manually pull up a browser to register.

Hello! Thanks for your post. It's helped us realize our "Your browser is currently unsupported" issue is something to do with the Captive Portal (captive.apple.com).
I noticed this is the case for any device over iOS 15.x. How is Cisco solving this issue? There has got to be a large amount of customers having this issue right now. No one is going to figure out how to go to Safari, and then go to a non-cached website to activate the redirect portal.
Do we have to detect the version of the device? Can we just skip that part?

Please open a TAC for this and keep us updated. Hopefully this is something they fix in a future WLC update (if it's indeed a bug/issue on the WLC).
