C3750 max poe per port

Hello,

I have just realized that the C3750 switch only seems to support 15.4 watts per port which isn't sufficient for the AIR-AP2702E-UXK9 to run a full power

Any help with increasing this would be very helpful, thank you in advance.

What is the full model of the C3750 switch you have? E.G C3750-24PS?

The 3750 series is only 802.3af compliant which maxes out at 15.4W.

In order to provide higher than 15.4W power you can either replace the switch (expensive) or purchase a power injector or local power supply for the 2702E. The recommended power injector is a AIR-PWRINJ4=

If you use either make sure you disable PoE on the switchport that the AP/Power injector is plugged into.
