Campus Wireless design hardware platfroms

I am working on a Centralized design model wifi VIRL lab for 5k end-users using CAT 98xx for Campus wireless edge for over 5000 users connecting to AWS? I have a core pair of  NX 7707 with SUP 2E running OSPF?

Will  VOIP traffic be affected on edge? Do I need a QoS schema for VOIP?

Will this setup support Videoconference?

If this is an Internet-based Link beyond your network you do not have any control on QoS, If your links are good enough i not bother to configure QoS (i do not prefer to have it) - if the Links are saturated, allowing bandwidth for Voice traffic give you Quality of voice.
