Hi there,

Recently, I can not log on my WLSE.

I can access the port 1741, and the log on screen displayed.

I enter my account and WLSE display like this.

"WLSE is currently loading information. You will automatically be logged on when loading is complete"

How can I fix it?

This mean that the tomcat process is either not running or is not started yet. What is the WLSE version?. From the CLI, as admin user, check the status of the tomcat process using services status command. It should be running. Also, make sure that there is a default user configured for eth0 interface and that you can ping it's ip add from the CLI. If you have a backup of data available, then you can use reinitdb as a last resort, but only if you have a backup available, other wise all data will be lost which cannot be recovered without having a backup.

There are some failures like this... How can I restart some services failed?

I stop the all services and restart.

and all services are started..

But I can not be still logged in...

So I checked the services status, and I found some services are failed as I wrote..

How can I return to factory default this device?

I tried boot the system as CiscoBreR or using Recovery CD. (I think both modes are same mode.)

But the system message is still "uncompressing the image".

I don't know what the problem is...

Could you help me?

I had the same issue, you need to open a case. they can give you a patch where you get ROOT access to the wlse and you have to clear the following file:

/var/adm/CSCOets/config/cwsi/anisnmp.conf this was currupt in my case. there should be all snmp settings for the aps. then everything worked fine.

regards Bernhard

That is because in order to use the CD, you must be connected via the WLSE console port and not via the external monitor
