Can't enable 5GHz Radio on AP AIR-AP2702I-UXK9, and extreme low speed on 802.11n radio

Hi,

I can't enable the 5Ghz radio on the AP AIR-AP2702I-UXK9, can't configure on root, can i change the -UX domain to another where i can use the 5GHz radio ?  Also i'm getting a extreme low speed performance on 802.11ng clients.

ap(config-if)#station-role root
 Error: Station role can be only scanner mode on 5G of universal AP in -UX domain

First you have to prime this AP to country where you are in. Refer below for that

Then only you can enable 5GHz on it.
