Catalyst 9800-CL WLC - SNMP Trap Receiver

I am using Catalyst 9800-CL WLC for Wi-Fi login.

In a previous WLC model (3504), I can target a host to receive SNMP trap (eg: asso, auth deauth traps) in WLC portal (MANAGEMENT-> SNMP -> Trap Receivers).

In WLC 9800, I have set the host receiver in (Administration -> Management -> SNMP -> Hosts). However, no SNMP trap(eg: asso, auth deauth traps) received in the host.

Please help.

Hi,

    You may be hitting a bug, like this one for example, try upgrading the code. Before that, see if the debug says anything relevant, while simulating a fault for an SNMP trap to be generated: "debug snmp packets".
