Would someone post a link to any URL which fully explains the CCA setting on 1300/1400 bridges?
The setting value can be 0 - 90 and a TAC person advised me to change the setting from 0 to 62 (default) but did explain why he considered this change significant.
Thanks

The Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) mechanism reports that the channel is busy based on the default value of the client adapter's firmware. The firmware's CCA default value is shown in parentheses. For more information on this have a look at the following URL.

I'm as confused as you are:
It appears the cca 0 results from a bug when you have the cca set to the default (62) and reload it get set to 0.
TAC advised us to set the cca to 61 which.
Should this be set to something related to the RSSI from the other end? ie unless you are getting X signal strength consider the channel clear?
