We have some APs  9130AX.

We have configured HA between 2 WLCs....

Both SP port connect with POE Switch. and PR ports connected with WLC together..

When i connect the APs to the Switch, but unfortunatly can't..

All Devices and gateway are reachable..but unfortunately AP is not discovering and not connected..Also mentioned diagram.

Where is your management interface?  The management interface is typically also used for the wireless managemet.  Please go through the deployment guide and make sure you have setup everything per the guide.  You have the SP and RP, that is for your SSO.

Thanks, SP port is Service port also Management port.

I am asking SP port can do work as Management and data plan port work both of them??

That is why you need to look at the documentation and also look at blogs and videos. Don’t assume anything…. To be successful you need to ensure you are following the guidelines.

If this is your first time setting up a 9800, you are better off looking at some blogs and or videos that are online.  Search the internet for "cisco 9800 deployment guide blog" and you should fine some blogs that will show you basic connectivity.

Hi

Service port is not used for AP and clients connection. You need to have a Management connection for that. Service port is good for device management only.

 - When configuring the 9800 (and or redundancy pair) , review your  the intended configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless ; have the output analyzed with https://cway.cisco.com/wireless-config-analyzer/

Once you define the management and WMI, let us know if the ap's join the controller.
