Can you post a show AP summary output from WLC? DId you try rebooting the AP's and also from the local DHCP server which is issuing IP's to AP?

If both Aps are using the same IP then there must be an IP address conflict. Wireless Network operations may be disrupted as a result.
As @Arshad Safrulla asked, paste the output of this command: show ap summary

The IP shown in "show ap summary" can be confusing/misleading. If (like us) most of your APs are behind NAT then every AP at a site shows the same IP (the NAT IP).
"show ap config general <ap-name>" will show how the AP is actually configured including:
IP Address Configuration......................... DHCP (or static)
IP Address....................................... A.B.C.D
IP NetMask....................................... W.X.Y.Z
Gateway IP Addr.................................. A.B.C.E
NAT External IP Address.......................... F.G.H.I:n (NAT IP and port number)
