STOP!

WTF are you trying to do?

Just because an End-of-Sale/End-of-Support/End-of-Life WLC can support WPA3 does not equate "C'mon, let's go and buy some!"

5520 last date of support is 31 January 2025.  Do not throw good money at 3504/5520/8540 because it is not worth it.

It should Support AP-2802I-B-K9 L hope so

in lastest version

Oh, FFS!Oh, FFS!

Yes it says the 5520 on 8.10.185.0 supports wpa3.  however I have not found a client that will link with PMF turned on in WPA2/WPA3, WPA2 mode.  So therefore WPA3 (mandatory PMF) fails.  Yes Win11 changes the display symbol as we switch between wpa2 and wpa3 modes.

WPA3 is not supported on 5508

5508 is already end of support since last year.

5500 is not a model of WLC!  5500 could refer to 5508 (very old, last supported on AireOS 8.5) and 5520 (somewhat newer, last supported on AireOS 8.10).  But these are both old technology and the 9800 series is the current supported line of Cisco WLC products.
