Cisco aironet 3802e ME mode Radio 2 Not Visible for Configuration

Level 1

I have three 3802 access points (two 3802i and one 3802e) running ME version 8.10.151.

I have two SSID, one 2.4GHz and one 5GHz. I am able to see both SSID's and access both Radio 1 and Radio 2 on both of the 3802i access points.

However, I am only able to access Radio 1 on the 3802e access point if it is setup up to Automatic or 2.4GHz and I am not able to access Radio 2 which is only 5GHz and Radio 1 disappears if I set it to 5GHz.

can you please help me. thanks.

Yes

If the WLC (in this case the ME controller) does not have the region confiugured it will not support the AP (in some cases it supports 2.4GHz but not the 5 GHz)

Both 3802i are Region A but the 3802e is Region B? Is that what you mean? Could this be the problem?

Thank you - I have done some searches and see that country code might be the issue.

How do I configure the region?

Also, I conduct most of my settings changes through the Mobility Express GUI but I see other users also have access to an AP specific GUI that has a lot more technical settings than ME. Can help me log directly into the AP's GUI as I think this is where the country code can be set (aside from CLI)?

yes you can setup from command level

Thank you very much for your help. So far, aligning the regulatory domains seems to have fixed my problem.
