Cisco Aironet AP 1832I-B-K9 Randomly Disconnects Clients

So I am a guest staying in a hotel and I have been here for several years and they recently upgraded our internet with a company called blueprint RF the access points that they use are Cisco aironet ap1832i the issue that I'm having is that every device my room at any given time will randomly disconnect and when it does I see the light flashing on the AP I have called the network managing company and they have assured me that they have opened all of the ports increase the speed from 6 to 8 they have whitelisted my device...etc. I have read online through Cisco's website that when the light is flashing on top of the AP and means that there is no Wireless client associated with it however I have four devices that are connected to this AP at all times and all four of them randomly disconnect at any given time so what could be the case that would cause my devices to disconnect

depends on the colours the LED is showing

It may indicated the AP in your room has a serious problem

and as such your devices are connected to another access point further away

the signal may be affected by opening/closing doors in the path to this AP and a low signal strength  may result in the disconnects

The access point is directly beside my devices as well as the network
managers created a private network for me to connect one particular device
to see if the issue still persisted and it has. I have 2 Android phones, a
Dell Laptop and my son's Xbox and when they disconnect it is at random
intervals meaning my phone will disconnect then reconnect, then my son's
xbox will do the same at a different times so what else can it be?

some reasons to investigate

client side: drivers/ config/ power save mode / client switching over to other wlan /switching from 2.4GHz to 5GHz / switching to mobile data (for the android phones)

other by the wireless system: . dhcp lease timeout / wifi session timeout/ wireless software

as you yourself do not have access to the config, logging and debug information, it will not be easy to locate the problem
