Nothing to see here.  Only one line of error message and a question with no other relevant information.

Nothing to see here.  Move along.

but i'm facing this with many employees which are using mobile phone and they don't have idea hoe to make release ip and reconnect and some of them are not complaining, and there are many messages like these so i'm try to understand where the problem

The simplest way to release and renew IP on any mobile device is to forget and then re-join the SSID.

Is there a fault?
What is the detailed description of the fault?
Have you reproduced the fault?
Have you run a debug on an affected client MAC?
Have you run that debug output through the debug analyzer?
What controller model?
Running what version of software?
Using what model of AP (precise model number)?

AireOS produces thousands of meaningless messages which may (or not) be of some interest to the developers but have no impact on normal operation.  If you're not seeing an actual fault which is proved to be related to this message then ignore it.  Focus on the basics of troubleshooting all problems.

So your software version is out of date.  Start off by updating the code to eliminate hundreds of known bugs which have been fixed since then.

Still no detailed description of the problem or answers to the other questions so really not possible to offer any further advice.
- Define the problem clearly
- Reproduce the problem yourself
- Collect debugs for an affected client
- Analyse the results.
- If you still can't solve the problem (and your software is up to date) then open a case with Cisco TAC so they can talk you through it step by step.  They are still going to ask you all the same questions though.
