Hi,
Network Setup Overview:
I have deployed a wireless network using Cisco Business Wireless CBW240AC access points and a Cisco C1000 series switch. The setup includes seven CBW240AC access points, with one configured as the Primary AP and the remaining six set as "Primary AP Capable."
Two SSIDs have been created:
Guest SSID assigned to VLAN 14
Management SSID assigned to VLAN 13
Each access point is configured with a static IP address from the Management VLAN (VLAN 13).
The switch ports connected to the access points are configured with the following settings:
Issue Encountered:
I am experiencing MAC address flapping on the switch ports connected to the access points.
Request for Assistance:
Could you please review the configuration and provide recommendations to resolve the MAC flapping issue?
Let me know if you’d like me to analyze possible causes or suggest specific configuration changes.

- Note that this is normal if clients roam between a few APs in short intervals,

- This answer provides a number of useful advices : https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless/cisco-wlc-best-practices-for-understand-and-implement-throughput/m-p/4492952/highlight/true#M234919
Not all of them are applicable for your environment,

As @marce1000 says the "flapping" is completely normal as clients roam between APs and is not a problem.
But depending how the WLAN and APs are configured the roaming itself might be disruptive to the client. There are a normal of optional 802.11 features to optimise roaming but it is never completely seamless because the client must disassociate from the AP it leaves and associate to the AP it moves to.
