Cisco DNA Centre 2.2.2.4 support for Cisco WLC 9800-40 Amsterdam17.3.6

Hi,

I have a Cisco 9800-40 WLC (Amsterdam-17.3.3) connected to Cisco DNA Centre version 2.2.2.4.

I am planning to upgrade the 9800-40 WLC to version Amsterdam-17.3.6 without upgrading Cisco DNA Centre.

Just wanted to confirm if Cisco 9800-40 WLC Amsterdam-17.3.6 is supported on the Cisco DNA Centre version 2.2.2.4?

check matrix (i do not see any issue) - if you are upgrading using DNAC - it automatically check the compatability (part of SWIM upgrade)

is this single or HA ? you can do ISSU upgrade that works as expected.(make sure check the AP compatability also)

SSO you can do issu upgrade, and also you can download matrix XML and add to DNAC to check...hope that help you.
